How I work in graphic design

To speed the graphic design process along, we will discuss your requirements for the graphic services you require as well as the specific products that your designs will be used on. We are knowledgeble with web image requirements too. We will discuss the changes you would like including color, photo galleries and graphics etc.

The time line

This is rather simple. The pace of your project is in your hands! Timely information, pictures, responding to questions, decisions on your part determine the timeframe a project will require. Your project will be available to view as work is done by using a link we will provide. This allows you to see where we are in the project, any changes you want to make and how far we have to go.

Pricing

I like to think I'm an affordable solution in the graphic design and photography field. Our current pricing is based on an hourly rate, please call or email to discuss. When the needs arise that require us to purchase services, imagery or special fixtures, we do mark up at +10% of these charges, we simply add the items to your invoice. If your project require a specific service or expertise, we will get a quote for you.

Budgeting

I do require a deposit on any commercially printed jobs then the full invoice will include the design and printing will need to be paid on delivery. Graphic Design, requires a $500 down payment at the initial layout/design meeting and the balance billed on the 15th and 30th until the deposit is exhausted. Then billing for hours worked, at the established rate, with payment at net 30 days. The estimate for graphic design or photography services is only a guideline. We will try to stay as close as possible to this number. Any changes to the initial design will effect the finished price up or down. We will inform you in an email of the timeline or any monetary budget changes.
